We strongly recommend ensuring the correct size before the conversion process. This can be done by either trying on a pair in store or through online purchase. You can also use a pair you have on hand. This helps minimize problems with fit. Size does not change in conversion and we will not be able to change the size of the shoe without compromising the integrity of the shoes.

With that being said, we will only accept returns and provide refunds on hybridiculized shoes that have NOT been worn.
